Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We gladly offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Your order was lost in transit (after confirmation with the shipping carrier).

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at customerservice@emberandgraceapparel.com.

To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Non-Refundable Items

Because our apparel is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address
  • Normal variations in print placement or color due to the printing process or differences in screen displays

We encourage you to review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help before you purchase.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us. We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement so you receive your order as quickly as possible.
